Baa the Pilgrim

My name is Baa and this is my very first attempt at Blogging.  So, with that in mind, I feel I should introduce myself to my possible audience.

I’m a sheep, yes a sheep!  That said I will share some of my many adventures throughout many lifetimes. For now, I’m living at a wonderful place they now call Sanctuary.  It is on a beautiful 5+ acre space in the middle of a growing metropolis called Clarksville, Maryland.

How I got here is a long and funny story.  I’ll share, if you are interested, in my future Blogs.  I was “gifted” to Smiling Bear and Loki (aka M’Lady) in 2013 when my former Mistress Ele’ decided I could be of more service in a new community of friends.  Thus my landing at Sanctuary.

Seems Ele’ was right.  I loved the new energy and felt a definite “need” to help keep spirits high and to encourage all who come to visit Sanctuary.

Over the years now, just a few but still, I’ve felt from the beginning like I truly “fit in”.  I’m needed to help M ’Lady share her adventures and other stuff with the place called LokiLand.  I’m her “voice”.  I love my new position.  It is easy; since I obviously have years and decades of experience to draw upon.  Plus it is just pure FUN!

So, if you are still reading, kindly let me know.  The true purpose of a Blog is to share love, light and humor with a little gentle wisdom along the way.  I will always end with a little good advice for the day.

I usually end by signing off with “it just goes to show you”.  Even a sheep named Baa can bring you happiness and joy if given a chance. I’ll also just ask for guidance in how you may need some TLC right now in your life.  I think I’d like to be called a Pilgrim when you write.  My advice is sage-like.

Journey Well as M’Lady would say.  Hope you get interested in our stuff.

  1. Pilgrim Baa,
Baa, Baa, Baa. Can’t stop smiling. Feel so warm and safe right now.
—lost and lonely lamb b me.

It’s too complicated to explain the many beautifully woven threads that brought me to your blog just now. Not that I do much at all on-line but I certainly have never been moved to respond in a comment section.
I have read only your very first entry but you must know, that my heart started pounding almost immediately.
Can’t wait to read more. I have every reason to believe that you Dear Pilgrim may be a very special stop along my journey.
    …and so it goes…
